Liz & Brian - Engagement | St. Paul, MN

I always love hitting new locations to shoot. Liz and Brian found this spot and when they told me about the downtown views, giant trees, run down buildings, pond, etc... I got pretty excited. Throw in the perfect weather and gorgeous light we had that evening, and it turned into a photographers dream. Looking forward to their wedding in August.

Three sisters - spring portrait session

Spring is here, and things are starting to green up again. With the great weather we've been having it's a great time for outdoor portrait sessions. These beautiful girls are repeat customers and it's always a pleasure to photograph them.

Kids Clothing - Scarlet Stitch

Been neglecting the blog a bit lately. We've been busy though, with a few commercial projects and some kids portraits, and this particular shoot combined the two. We did some new product photography for Scarlet Stitch, a boutique, hand-made children's clothier, and had some adorable models to work with. Check out their stuff, it's pretty cool.

Jayme & Matt - Engagement | Duluth, MN

We had a beautiful sunny day for Jayme and Matt's engagement session, but it was only about 38 degrees. A few days earlier it was pushing 60. Even so we had a good time and were able to get some good stuff.

The combination of spring arriving, cousins visiting, and lack of recent pictures meant that it was time to get some pictures of the kids. It's amazing how fast they grow.
