Michele & Chris - Wedding | Chanhassen, MN

We started bright and early at the salon last weekend for Michele and Chris's wedding. The wedding was held at Chris's family's house and it was an ideal setting for this event. Their wedding party was awesome and made our job easy. This was our first wedding which featured both a zip line AND a trampoline. Chris and Michele are a wonderful, fun couple and we were honored to be a part of their day.

Courtney & Robert - Wedding | Duluth, MN

The ceremony was held at the Masonic Temple. Courtney had told us about the background she had chosen for ceremony and pictures, but words didn't do it justice. It was like stepping back into an early 1900's theater, complete with dark woodwork, brass railing and vintage lighting. Oh, and the backdrop looked like something from a Shakespearean play. Certainly one of the most uniques venue we've had the opportunity to work in. Here's some teasers from the day.

Celia & Brian - Wedding | International Falls, MN

Well, the reception was in International Falls, the wedding was at Celia's parents house in Loman, MN, near Int'l Falls. The house was right on the border of the U.S. and Canada, and by "right on" I mean you could look out the window and see Canada across the river. Celia and Brian are both active duty Air Force and Academy grads and many of the wedding party and guests were as well. It was an outdoor wedding, and the weather was a bit crazy. There were spotty rain showers, but thankfully, due to the high winds(!) they moved through quickly. Everything went off on schedule though (written in military time, of course) and Celia and Brian stayed first class through it all. There's a few more pictures in this teaser than usual, so appologies to all of you who are still on dial-up. :-)

Not my idea. This is what happens when left unsupervised.

Right about here, it started to pour...

...but it stopped about 20 seconds later.

Thanks Celia and Brian!
