Tiffany & Joshua - Wedding | Tofte, MN

Autumn on the north shore of Lake Superior is an idyllic setting for a wedding. Tiffany and Josh's wedding ceremony was held outdoors in an area called "the cove" at Bluefin Bay Resort in Tofte. The weather cooperated beautifully, but you could tell something was rolling in soon by the crashing waves literally inches from the wedding party and musicians. A little water never hurt anyone, and it certainly made the experience all the more memorable.

We're a little early for peak fall colors, so we drove up the Sawbill Trail a way in search of some good color. I'd say we did ok. Some quick pictures and back down to Surfside on Lake Superior for the reception and dance. Awesome venue and amazing food. Here's a few from the day:

Ashley & Adam - Engagement | Duluth, MN

Had an awesome engagement session with Ashley and Adam. Fall colors just starting to show up here in the tundra. A bit of fog, and a gray-ish, moody day. Sometimes, things just come together. Pretty excited with how these turned out.

Ashley & Aron - Wedding | Cloquet, MN

Ashley and Aron had a beautiful day for their wedding. It was actually a bit hot and humid, more like July than September. They also had one of the more dramatic, tire-smoking exits from their ceremony thanks to Aron's "project". Pretty cool. Reception and dance were held at Black Bear Casino, and the venue was top notch. Here's a few from their day:
